AMCU Members,

I want to take this opportunity to thank and congratulate AMCU's Vice President of Education, Mike Kelly. This position is one of the most demanding on your board of directors, giving Mike the responsibility for securing and schedulingspeakers for our monthly meetings. In my years of AMCU board involvement, I never remember a time when events were scheduled as far in advance as they are today, and always with impressive speakers and rewarding topics. Great work, Mike.

The fruit of our Bylaws Committee's work is available now. This newsletter was delivered to you with a second e-mail attachment, your copy of the new AMCU bylaws. They are submitted for your review, and will be attached to the April newsletter e-mail, also. During the lunch break of April's full-day seminar (featuring the return to AMCU of Mr. Paul Tuohy, one of the leading authors and authorities in the System I world), the membership will be asked to vote to approve the new bylaws. Evenif you miss the seminar, you are welcome to come in and vote on the bylaws.
